Privacy Policy

What we collect

We hold nothing about you until you send us something. When you submit the enquiry form we receive:

• Your name and phone number, which are required so we can reply
• Your email address, if you give one
• The area or address you want covered
• Your map location, only if you choose “Use my current location” and your browser asks your permission first. It is sent once, with your enquiry, so we can find the site — it is never tracked afterwards.
• What you told us you need, and the answers to the questions on the form

Advertising cookies

This site loads Google Ads tracking. It sets cookies in your browser and tells Google when someone who clicked one of our ads reaches the site, so we can tell which adverts are worth paying for. That data is handled by Google under their own terms, not ours.

You can block it with your browser’s cookie settings, an ad blocker, or Google’s own advertising controls. Nothing on this site stops working if you do.

Your browser also stores one small flag locally to remember that you have already seen the intro animation, so it does not play on every visit. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored in our database, hosted by Supabase, and a copy is emailed to us through our mail provider, Resend, so we can reply quickly. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Quotations and invoices we send are emailed through the same provider. Where an invoice shows a UPI payment link, the payment itself happens in your own payment app — no card or bank detail ever reaches this website.

If you contact us through the WhatsApp button instead, that conversation happens in WhatsApp and is held by them under their own terms.

Why we hold it

To quote for the work and to carry it out. If you become a customer we keep a record of the site, what was installed and when any maintenance contract falls due, so we can service what we fitted.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are kept while they are still worth following up, and cleared periodically after that. Records of completed installations are kept for as long as we may need to service them, since knowing what is on a site is what lets us repair it years later.

Your cameras and your footage

Your recordings stay on the recorder at your property and, where you use the manufacturer’s app, on that brand’s own service. Camzio does not monitor, stream, store or have any standing access to your footage. Where you ask us to help with a fault, any access is with your knowledge and for that purpose only.

Your choices

Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form for this: call +91 93637 64164 or email camziosolutions@gmail.com and ask. Deleting a record we need for a live job or a maintenance contract may mean we cannot carry on with the work.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and the database is not reachable from your browser: only our own server can read or write it, and our office tools sit behind a login. That said, no system is perfect, and we would rather say so than claim otherwise.
